With the business case for Android applications still unproven, I’d guess it’s unlikely anyone would get VC funding for a solely Android project. However, I am sure angel investors might be interested in early opportunities. Alternatively, check out the article on ‘Bedroom Startups’ on BusinessWeek. It seems that it might be the right time for “going lightweight”.
